(5/5) I played this course (Pacifico) last week. Great round of golf but the Tail of the Whale 3B hole was unavailable at the time we played (around 9am at that point) because of the ocean level (couldn't get to the island-green because of higher tide). We still hit balls off the tee with my shot ending up in the ocean but my buddy making the green. After we finished the round, they offered to let us come back after 3pm to play the hole when the water level was scheduled to drop low enough to drive the golf cart to the island green, but we didn't make it back out. So, my advice... if you want to make sure to be able to play this epic 3B hole, call the pro shop in advance and find out what time it will be available (hint: low-tide). Next time out we will try the Bahia course and will definitely find a way to play this 3B hole!
